Meet Iti Rawat: Leading Empowerment Through Education & Change

Iti Rawat journeyed from a small town of Bangalore region to shine bright as a successful entrepreneur, a powerful motivational speaker and a change maker.
The Growth Mindset
From university placements to hitting the big giants of corporate like Nike and Apple, Iti had a irrestible growth mindset. While she was at peak of her career excellence, she went on a career break and sow a seed of entrepreneurship, she chose shifting from a picture-perfect destination mindset to embracing the unpredictable path of growth reminding that every twist, detour, and challenge is an essential part of unique personal transformation.
Iti started her own venture at the age of 31, Thinkhall Training and Consultancy through which she strives to provide the right skills to retail professionals via training and develop new age content for the existing learning management system. When Iti wanted to expand her business, she faced many obstacles in finding funds from funders, angels, venture capitalists and banks. She felt getting trapped into gender biasness. She was stamped as Female Proprietor reminding her basic roles questioning how she will manage other things with business which was never a big question for Males into business.
Detours and roadblocks aren't failures; they are necessary chapters in your story that build resilience. Iti stood up strong she managed to start Thinkhallacademy.com, which turned out profitable and is performing excellent.
Paving the way for future Success:
After facing the hardship in her journey, Iti founded Women Entrepreneurs For Transformation (WEFT) - a not-for-profit platform dedicated to supporting and scaling women entrepreneurs. A social shift holds global conferences and catering to 5000+ women entrepreneurs and a network of an even wider start-up ecosystem.
Iti didn’t stopped being women who believed in building women entrepreneurs, she even started Red Dot Initiative. Red Dot Initiative supports and helps victims of domestic abuse by rescuing them and providing mental health support and financial independence.

Iti Rawat’s take on importance of Financial Literacy for women:
Financial independence for women is not merely about earning money; it is about reclaiming choice. When a woman has the power to make financial decisions, she changes the trajectory of not just her own life, but of generations that follow. Dependency often silences potential, while economic freedom creates space for confidence, dignity, and self-determination. The true measure of empowerment is not how much a woman earns, but whether she can choose her future without fear. Every financially independent woman becomes a living reminder that opportunity is not inherited - it can be created, nurtured, and passed on as a legacy of freedom.
